Ricarte & Dioni Martínez are a Spanish couple passionated about good quality food & wines and excellent service. Both from humble families decided to leave everything behind, move to the UK 10 years ago and start their professional careers in the hospitality industry. During these 10 years they were travelling while working in different successful restaurants around England, Wales, France and Spain developing their skills and growing up in their careers until they finally reached enough experience to become Head Chef and General Manager. In charge of different successful Tapas restaurants they developed the skills to offer to their guests a Particular Experience.
